This one bedroom (a queen size bed located on mezzanine is available at an additional cost) apartment overlooks the plaza in Orient Beach which has amazing restaurants, and within a 3 minute walk to every other convenience so that you don’t ever need a car. This one bedroom one bath has been completely modernized and furnished for comfort. Grab your flip flops and towel and walk to the beach.

Location in Orient Village was very convenient. Mere steps from amazing restaurants, and the beach only a few minutes. Apartment was well supplied with amenities. We loved being able to sit on the balcony with an overview of the square, and enjoy the live music provided on some eveningd.

The apartment overlooks the central area of Orient Village with all the restaurants and entertainment. Perfect! The ocean is just beyond the buildings opposite us. The local grocery store is conveniently located steps away. The beachfront is walkable with amazing bars where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Orange Fever is our favorite!! The apartment is very comfortable and well decorated and up to date. A parking space at the back, near its entrance, is provided with a lock which prohibits others from parking there. We ate at the many restaurants and did some cooking. (Can use more silverware!!)The water in the area went on and off on occasion, which is quite common. Also drinking just bottled water required many to be on hand but you get used to it. (That’s the French side
don’t drink the water!!)The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very roomy. (More bath towels would be nice, others were plentiful.)Our host was only a text away. He provided pertinent and quick responses.This apartment is a wonderful place for a couple limiting their stay to just this area or for those exploring the island by car. We love the Orient Bay Area and would surely recommend this apartment.

The unit is more renovated than the pictures make you believe- it was quite a nice surprise. The upstairs loft area had a nice secondary sleeping area. You cannot beat the location and check in was seamless. Great Stay!

An amazing staying

Andrew our host was one of the best host I ever had. He was great anytime, always with the best of attitude. The place is big very comfortable with all that you can need and more. The property is 2 minutes walking from the beach and you have all the shops you can need in front of the place. We highly recommend it!!!

Week in Paradise

I had read the reviews on this property and all were 10s. After staying in the apartment for a week I understood while all of the reviews were 10s. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need. The king size bed is very comfortable, and as one of the reviews stated, you sleep like a baby. The location is perfect with everything you need in walking distance. As for food, you don't have to worry because there are 10 restaurants right under the apartment and a couple of more 2 minutes away. We stayed a week in the apartment and we are talking about staying 2 weeks on our next trip and we will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available.

We had a wonderful trip to St. Martin (as usual),however it was made even better because of our accommodations! The unit was exactly as described and immaculately clean. We loved being over "restaurant square" and having so many restaurants to choose from, not to mention the Good Moring Bakery across the street with phenomenal pastries!If you are worried about the noise from the restaurants -DON'T BE! We never had a problem, and as a matter of fact, we enjoyed watching the people and the occasional singer perform.We have been to St. Martin 6 times, always staying in an ocean view unit in Orient Beach. This time we wanted to try something different, and we are so glad we did! My husband and I both agree that this unit was exceptional and will hopefully be our "go to" next time visiting!Thank you Andrew for a fantastic stay!

Best location

He property is in the best location in Orient Bay. 2 minute walk to the beach. 1 minute to the restaurants and grocery store. The property is very clean and secure. Great communication with the host and he checked in once a week to see if there was anything I need. I will definitely rent here again.

So you want to stay on Orient Beach, close to lots of great restaurants, but yet have a quiet, secure and private nicely-appointed pad? This is it. Well laid out and furnished with the most modern kitchen appliances. Bed was super comfortable, water was hot, toilet works great, two TV's plus a dedicated parking spot. Read the other review. You just can't go wrong. We hope to return.

Perfect Rental Apartment in Orient Village!

My husband and I rented this apartment for 28 days this past January/February 2025 and we can't say enough good things about these owners and the unit itself. The apartment was perfectly located in Orient Village. The beach, a grocery store, a coffee shop, multiple restaurants and more are an approximate ONE MINUTE walk from this unit. The unit itself was lovely, spacious, and well equipped. The shower was large, with plenty of towels provided. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies the entire trip. It was wonderful! The wifi was strong and consistent, as was the warm water for pre- and post-beach showers. The owners provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and some extras. This unit has the added bonus of a dedicated parking spot within 15 feet of the apartment’s entry. Additionally, the entry is gated, lending an extra measure of safety in an already safe village. Importantly, the bedroom of this unit is on the opposite side from where the village restaurants are located, so when activity was occurring in the village one could still sleep peacefully. Finally, the owners were lovely and responsive. We have stayed many places in and around Orient Village over the past 20 years and this rental is our new favorite. We'll definitely be back!

Great Place To Stay

This apartment is in a great secure location above restaurants and close to supermarkets and beach. The apartment has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. When I go back to Orient Bay I will definitely rent this apartment again.
