Mapaï is a brandnew, waterfront 6 bedroom villa, ideal to host a group of friends or family.
Located in front of Pinel Island, in a private gated area called « Les Terrasses de Cul de Sac » villa Mapaï is a high end exceptional villa.

Mapaï is located only few minutes driving from necessities such as grocery shops, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and very nice restaurants.
Cul de Sac is five minutes drive from the nice and festive Grand Case, and five minutes drive from Orient Bay, a very famous beach with beach restaurants, dinner restaurants and lots of water sport activities.

The villa is made of a very large deck, widely open onto the ocean, with a magnificent view on Little Key, and Pinel island, facing the sunrise. On the side of the deck is built a Barbecue area, with a Weber gas barbecue.
The outside deck is decorated with very good taste, and offers comfortable lounge options : large sun beds, sun chairs with just enough shade to enjoy a nice nap in the afternoon.
The long heated infinity pool, will allow you to contemplate the magnificent Cul de Sac bay with its different shades of turquoise water while having a swim.
The very comfortable outside area, is equipped with sofas, a dining table to host 14 guests, and high chairs to enjoy the bar open onto the kitchen. Thanks to an ingenious protection system, the terrasse is protected in case of rain or windy day.

Entirely air conditioned and perfectly equipped, the kitchen and living room area, open onto the outside deck through big sliding doors, or from the open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the ocean.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilets, television and safe, and they are all connected to the living room area.
Five bedrooms are equipped with Queen size bed (180x200), and one has two bunked beds to host four guests.

Two bedrooms, located on each side of the villa open on the terrace with sliding doors and have amazing ocean view from the bed.
The third may be accessed from the villa, or for more privacy, by its private terrasse area with garden view.

The fourth bedroom also has the option to access either from the inside of the villa, or through the sliding doors.

The fifth bedroom is an independent studio located below the pool, with a magnificent view on the sea from the bed. The room is equipped with its own bathroom, toilet, dressing room and independent entrance.

The sixth bedroom, would normally be dedicated to kids, as the bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, but could fit a group of adults friends also.

Villa Mapaï offers a direct access to the sea as it is equipped with a Pontoon.
This pontoon is perfect to go snorkeling in front of the house, or grab the Kayaks and paddle up to Pinel island.
