A little beach front cottage

A charming little yellow brick 1970s beach front cottage has private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). A large back balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you'll can spend most of your time enjoying the beach, when you're not swimming. Culburra is a relaxing suburb. In summer Culburra is filled with people. In winter and autumn it slows down to only the locals (great time to enjoy a weekend away from the city).

3 x king single beds (1 bunk + 1 trundle)

1 x toilet separated from bathroom

large outdoor dining plus outdoor lounges

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage, and a few locked cupboards.
Keyless access into the house, allows guests to access the beach without a key.

PETS
If you are bringing your pet, please let the owner know, since it needs to be pre-approved.
Your dog must be obedient, since there is no boundary fence around the property.

Our little beach cottage gets lots of love! We sometimes update the furniture and décor, so what you see in the photos might vary slightly — but it’s always the same relaxed coastal vibe.

Security Cameras
There are external security camera around the property. One facing the back yard, one facing the front yard and one facing the driveway / street. These are for security purposes only and are deleted regularly.
