This is a very cute and fun family cottage opposite the best kids playground and bbq area on the surf end of Warrain Beach. Warrnambool Lake and the National Park are opposite too so you have a choice of playtime activities. Surf , paddle , fish , walk the endless sands of Warrain Beach or take a bushwalk through the National Park.

This renovated quirky 3 bedroom, fishermans cottage has all the comforts of home and more. It has a queen size bed with an ensuite, a double bed room, and a 3rd bedroom with a double bunk and a single on top. All the bedrooms have fans for those long summer nights. This house sleeps 6 adults and 1 child. There is a huge main bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The brand new kitchen has a dish washer and micro wave and a fabulous big fridge freezer for the cold beverages. Nespresso machine and everything you"d need to feed the family. After a big day exploring, relax inside with the reverse cycle air con, watch netflix etc, listen to music or play a game with the family or friends.

If you have a BIG FAMILY or extras we also have a fabulous brand new funky BUNKHOUSE with its own bathroom, tv, dvd and Ipod dock. It has an extra queen size bed and two singles so is perfect for the teenage kids or the extended family. It sleeps 4 adults. Please ask for the extra costs per day for renting this space as I can't list them on Stayz.

When you have had enough of the beach relax on the the large deck, which has a table for 8 people and a webber bbq. The huge fully fenced backyard with a dog kennel, tramp bed, bowls and a few hidden bones and balls, is perfect for your four legged friends. There is even plenty of room to park your boat safely off the street .Play bouche ,cricket or just relax in the sun whilst listening to the surf.

You don't even have to bring your own bed linen as the beds are made ready for you!
So lie back ,relax and breathe the fresh air and count the thousands of night stars.

Want to be able to hear the surf from your bed and read a book in the sun whilst the kids and dog play in the sand? This is the beach cottage for you . A great renovated and comfortable cottage on a big fully fenced block perfect for your kids and dog to play safely and happily. When you need a dip stroll across the road to the park, onto the lakes edge and then Warrain Beach. The longest whitest sands stretch right down south beside the National Park or turn north and have a swim at the patrolled flags.
When you need more there is fishing, boating, golf , tennis, bike riding, bird watching, and exploring Jervis Bay. Then park your boat safely in the huge yard.
The house can be airconditioned in summer or heated in winter for your comfort. The big back deck is a lovely spot to catch the morning sun and to cook up a storm on the webber BBQ.
The house has a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and great big fridge as well as a tv and internet and nbn. Pull out one of the games for the kids or play bouche on the lawn.
A funky cottage that you can settle in and never leave!!

A funky renovated fishermans cottage opposite the lake and 100m to the best surf spot in Culburra on Warrain Beach. Once you settle in and stock the fridge you won't need the car again. You don't have to worry about things to do. Walk the longest beaches around , explore Jervis Bay and Berry, fish , golf, bushwalk throughout the national park across the road or just do nothing.
This cottage has it all - comfy beds, airconditioning and heating, bbq, tv, dvd,dvds, games, all cooking and cleaning stuff - not that you'll need them!! We even have a guest dog kennel and a dog mattress for outside and off street parking for your boat.
Come and relax, switch off your phones and computers, breathe the fresh air and count the thousands off stars!!
