Escape is a multi-award-winning, luxury designer beach house located absolute beachfront in the prestigious “dress circle” of Culburra Beach. North-facing and set at the safe, patrolled (summer) southern end of the beach near Tilbury Cove, Escape offers breathtaking views, direct private beach access, and an exceptional coastal holiday experience.

This is one of the rarest beachfront homes on the east coast — positioned right on the sand, facing due north, with panoramic ocean views and all-day sunshine.

Escape is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, and guests holidaying with their dog. We are also perfectly located near popular wedding venues in Terara, Merribee, Nowra and Berry, making Escape an excellent base for wedding guests and families.

• Flat Lawn & Native Garden – perfect for children and outdoor relaxation, with a lower deck and outdoor shower.
• Perfect North-Facing Aspect – filled with sunshine in cooler months. Enjoy the open fireplace in winter (firewood provided). In summer, cooling sea breezes mean no air conditioning is required; ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. Open fire with all firewood provided
• Fully Stocked Pantry – including flours, sugars, pasta, oils, sauces, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, blender and more.

Culburra is the quintessential Australian beach town — relaxed, friendly, and surrounded by spectacular natural beauty.

Culburra Beach is literally on your doorstep, with Warrain Beach just a 5-minute walk away. Both are surf beaches, and according to our surfing sons, it’s the perfect combination.

The local Bowling Club (“the bowlo”) is fabulous, and the town has a large, well-stocked Woolworths with long opening hours — including home delivery, so you can arrive to your shopping already waiting. Don’t miss the wonderful Little Snapper, a popular new restaurant and coffee spot in the town centre.
