Had a wonderful time! Easy to locate very clean and quiet. Easy access to Smith Lake park and other locations. Worked great for our stay. Would highly recommend for quite simple getaway.

The Boathouse was nice and perfect size for two people. It was hot though. We had to keep the AC on 65 to be comfortable in daytime. That was understandable because the temperatures were above 90 all days. The furniture was not quite comfortable - the sofa was hard and the bed had a tendency to roll you to the middle.
