The hotel is very easy to get to. There is a Walmart and many eating establishments within walking distance. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We would and will stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Right when we walked in the hotel, the smell of weed it you in the face. It was strong! I had a pet with me. I paid the $39.90 pet fee when I arrived. I got a call in my room at 6AM telling me that I needed to pay the pet fee again because it didn't go through. I showed the front desk my bank statement with the money gone. She said that it was just pending, and if I didn't pay it then they would take it out of her check. So, I went ahead and paid it. Now, there is $80 taken out of my account even though she reassured me that the pending one from the night I checked in would drop, and I would get my money back. Now, I am short $40, so I have to dispute it. I reserved a 2 full size room. They put us in a one bed room. So...had to go get a new room with two beds. When we walked in the room, it smelled like straight mildew. The carpet was wet by the bathroom. It was dirty. Someone else's room keys were on the shelf. There was a shirt from the previous person in the closet. I took a shower, and there was a HUGE crack in the shower pan. So, there was the cause of the wet carpet and the mildew smell. Never again will I stay at this hotel chain. I wish I could give you zero stars!

Outdated hotel. Toilet seat was yellow and didn’t fit the toilet bowl properly. Linen’s well yellowed and browned in bathroom! Breakfast was terrible. So gross that wasn’t even worth getting anything at all. Bottom of the barrel! Pool wasn’t clean and you have to walk around out the back door around the property to get to. Not convenient or clean!! Horrible customer service. No greetings, when asked about a military discount it was a clear harsh NO and didn’t even acknowledge a veteran customer standing in front of them. Foreign run and smells terrible. Especially the only 1 very small elevator that you pray works because it’s so slow. Don’t waste your money!

Staff was courteous and prompt, and check-in was quick. Unfortunately, TV and TV remote did not work properly, and breakfast was not great. Would probably stay elsewhere next time. There are several other hotels nearby, although their quoted room rates are higher.

The room was clean and quiet. Very easy access from the interstate. Gas and food choices very close. Breakfast didn’t have many options, bread, mini muffins, yogurt, cold cereal. The waffle batter was empty. But there was food and coffee! I would stay here again!
