Doesn't look like much on the outside but very clean and functional on the inside, economical, and has a new hot tub!

Location and the house was just as described and was in great shape. The hot tub was outside and at 104 degrees and large enough for the 6 of us. Only disappointment was that WE did not have enough time in OUR schedules to use it more, but we will next time! Checkin/out process was very smooth. Couch and chair in living room and beds were very comfortable. It worked great for our grown kids and 2 young grandkids to stay there and join us at the lake throughout the weekend. Location was walking distance to the Rootbeer stand, public beach, coffee cafe, Papas restaurant, and the Saturday farmer's market. Our family enjoyed their time here! Thank you for a great stay!
