I didnât know what to expect, but I was amazed how nice and rustic this hotel was. The staff is very nice and will go out of their ways to understand us and our pour Spanish. I recommend strongly if you want to be close to everything and donât want to pay to much. The only downside is itâs noisy outside at night because of the traffic, but I really didnât mind. I will book again if I come back to Cuzco.
Good location
Pleasant and helpful staff
Room was a bit chilly and an internal room is a bit loud but nothing uncomfortable
Lots of hot water
Reasonable breakfast
A friendly, well located, modest but more than adequate place from which to explore Cusco. Breakfast included unlimited fresh fruit, cooked to order eggs and breads, this had the feeling of a traditional home. Excellent value.
The property is lovely. The owner and staff are fantastic and 2 adorable dogs. The only downfall was the temperature in the rooms. Granted it was very rainy and chilly outside but a space heater would have been fantastic. Bring warm pajamas!
This is a very nice property, off the beaten path, so to speak. Itâs an old but well maintained building with lots of character. If you want down-to-earth, basic necessities, this inn has them. Good location, safe, clean, extremely helpful staff and a modest breakfast is included. Its convenient location in the downtown means that there is a fair bit of traffic noise but it didnât really affect our sleep or experience. I would stay here again if visiting Cusco another time.
Great stay at the Victorian era home which has been turned into a sort of boutique hotel. I enjoyed my time at the place. They had flexible check in and check out for a few. Only gripe was that the bathroom was not attached and required a separate key. Also, they charge for small things like an extra egg at breakfast while discounting the fact that I didn't have breakfast for 2 out of 7 days.
