Ce fut l'expérience avec le meilleur service que j'ai vécu dans ma vie à travers le monde et je voyage beaucoup dans ce genre d'hôtel. Tout était extraordinaire.

Peaceful and impeccable grounds and unsurpassed service
Unexpected luxury in middle of Cuzco. Walking distance to shopping. Superb dining at hotel and at sister hotel Monesterio right next door. Can’t go wrong! Stayed here before traveling out to Machu Picchu. Hotel is a relaxing vacation in and of itself.

Best hotel ever

The hotel has been updated to modern standards in every aspect. Their attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. Ask for something, there is someone willing to get what you need

Very relaxing hotel, excellent service and a great location. Perfect place to recover for a few days after a week of high altitude hiking interspersed with sleeping in a tent!

I love this place so much. Every staff is kind, makes you feel like home. Special thanks to Jhontan for meeting our requirements and helping us carry our luggage to another hotel; thanks Saul for teaching us how to make pisco sour. I hope I can go back to this place in the future.

Incredible staff and our stay was perfect. The place was clean, safe and beautiful! We enjoyed every moment from the room, dining and spa. The staff was incredibly attentive to every need, Omar, Daniel, Edgar, Sheyla and the gentleman who checked us in and helped with our daily arrangements/trips. The entire staff was perfect!
