Älteres Haus, Garten und Terrasse ungepflegt, Wohnung topp sauber

Pros: Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nah zum Strand. Cons: Der Garten könnte etwas schöner sein. Die Terrasse neben der Garage wäre auch ein toller Schattenplatz, wenn man das Unkraut entfernt.
