The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: Children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
