Dear Vacationers,

Our approximately 48 m² two-room vacation apartment, No. 3.05, is located on the first floor, is easily accessible by elevator, and features a spacious balcony with high-quality patio furniture.

Our bright and modern living room features a separate dining area for up to 4 people, as well as a seating area with a comfortable double sofa bed (170 cm x 200 cm sleeping surface).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher (60 cm wide), microwave, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, an additional Senseo coffee maker, and everything else you would expect from an excellent kitchen.

Our bathroom features a shower with an extra-shallow shower pan.

Built-in closets in the hallway and storage room round out the furnishings.

For your entertainment and added comfort, we offer

And the best for last: Our vacation rental includes a beach chair in a prime beach location, which is available to our guests free of charge for the entire duration of their stay (during the season—May through September).

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at particularly favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
