Apartment in a prime location in Duhnen, directly behind the dike at the southern end of the sandy beach on the bike and hiking trail to Sahlenburg; quiet location in the back house with private garden area to the south and west and large covered terrace (with table and 5 chairs). Living-dining room with very well equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher, Neff oven with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) and access to the terrace, large HD Smart TV, fast internet, WiFi, HD projector with Surround system for home theater. Bedroom with high quality box spring bed and access to the terrace2. Bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, table with 3 seats, HD Smart TV - both bedrooms have shutters and are completely darkened. Disabled-friendly bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and hair dryer. An extra guest toilet is also available.
In addition, the object has a bicycle room with socket for battery charging and a washing machine in the basement.

Sauber, aber...

Die Betten im Elternschlafzimmer sind für Leute mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet. Sie sind schlichtweg viel zu weich, da hilft auch der oben angebrachte Matratzentopper am Ende nicht viel.

Sehr schön! Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr modern und sauber. Außerdem absolut Familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Alles da, was man benötigt. Strand, Restaurants und Schwimmbad sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbar und sehr gerne wieder!

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung hat uns begeistert! Optimale Lage direkt am Deich, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, das Gepäck konnte ruckizucki über die Terrasse in die Wohnung gebracht werden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlte an nichts! Es gab genügend Geschirr, eine geräumige Spülmaschine und somit immer einen aufgeräumten Küchenbereich. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart, aber nach zwei Nächten hatte sich der Rücken daran gewöhnt... Wir kommen bestimmt und gerne wieder ❣️

Phänomenal

Die Wohnung war toll gelegen. Gleich hinterm Deich war auch schon die Nordsee. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche komplett ausgestattet, alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung entsprach zu 100% dem Angebot. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. An- und Abreise waren problemlos möglich. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein (Duschwand löst sich Gummi ab, 1 Schrankschloss defekt und staubig) sonst 1A!!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Terrasse

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Deich. Die Zufahrt ist verkehrsberuhigt und nur für Anlieger. Reservierter Parkplatz im Hof. Fahrradkeller mit Stromanschluss für Ebikes. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und behindertengerecht ausgestattet. Auch ein Kinderreisebett ist vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse und ein Stück Wiese. Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen sind vorhanden. Zu erwähnen sind noch WLAN, 2 Flachbild-TVs und ein Beamer.

Sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns als Familie. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Dazu kommt die unmittelbare Lage am Strand und der kurze Fußweg nach dort. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten.

Klasse ausgestattete Wohnung & tolle Lage. Empfehlung!

Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo, alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte- selbst an Babys (Hochstuhl/Reisebett) wurde gedacht. Ruhig gelegen, mit schöner Terrasse und eigenem Gartenanteil (Büsche zum Nachbarn sind mittlerweile wohl nachgepflanzt, jedenfalls höher und dichter als zuvor beschrieben). Bei schlechtem Wetter war Filmstreaming direkt über den Fernseher oder auch über den Beamer möglich. Tolle Lage in der ersten Häuserreihe hinterm Deich, also Strand und Ahoi-Bad schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung auch im Bekanntenkreis.
