Excellent stay! Would stay here again. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Entire hotel felt clean and unkept. Bed was very comfortable and our room had a sofa which was a nice addition. Plenty of towels. Absolutely nothing wrong with this place. We had a great stay!

Every time the air conditioning kicked on, it sounded like a huge diesel truck was pulling up right next to my room. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke and soap. Staff were very friendly.

Very friendly staff, nice lobby area and breakfast area. Room was okay once we had the AC going which cleared the little bit of mustiness we encountered when we first got in. Room could use some updating but had very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Conveniently located to Akron and only about 40 min to Cleveland. Overall, we had a nice stay.
