This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located. The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too) Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service all round. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was always well-stocked while I was there. The location of this hotel may not be to everyone's tastes - some may prefer to be closer to the old town in Hoi An or the beaches but I found both within good distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both as well. Many thanks to the whole team at Ahoy Hoi An for helping to make my stay a calm, peaceful and memorable one.

Best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam. I even cancelled my trip in Hue so I could stay at Ahoy longer. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted with at least a couple smiles whenever I was at reception. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and had many healthy options. We booked the room with two double beds and it was very spacious and comfortable for two adult travellers. It's an eco-friendly hotel, so you just have to wait a couple minutes for the shower/tub to warm up and for the AC to run. There was a 25% off promotion for the spa services, and we really enjoyed the full body massage and gel nails services. Staff kept the premises meticulously clean. There's free parking onsite. My cousin drove to visit me and was offered valet parking. Unfortunately, the valet didn't properly close nor lock the doors to the car, and the battery ended up getting drained throughout the day. My cousin had to spend about 30 mins with the staff to figure this out. In house laundry was 70k/kilo which is a bit expensive, but our clothes came out clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I rarely say this, but Ahoy is definitely a hotel I would consider returning to the next time I'm in Hoi An again. I cannot rave about it enough. If you have the budget, do yourself a favour and book your stay here.

I cannot begin to describe how enjoyable of an experience it was to be able to stay at the Ahoy Hoi An. Immediately upon arrival, the staff made you feel that they appreciated your time there, and greeted you as a lovely hibiscus drink while you went over the initial information about the room and property. Secondly, the entire facility was very clean and had a beautiful natural Vibe with the diverse amount of flowers, plants, growing fruit, and butterflies. It was also fun to wake up to chickens in the morning! The pools were very well cleaned and though a little cold if you were to come in a warmer month it would be the most refreshing, however, my friend and I still had fun during this month dipping in and enjoying ourselves. The spa service was well discounted to a 25% off and we actually ended up doing more than initially planned because of the quality that was given. To us and we even shared fun conversation with the stuff. Lastly, The breakfast buffet I am already very sad to not be in the same country for anymore because it is so good you will need more!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff (particularly Trinh and Dung) were so helpful and professional. The pool area is gorgeous, we found it hard to want to leave! Rooms are spacious and breakfast is good. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and serene hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The two swimming pools are ideal for relaxing and cooling off. Rooms have excellent facilities. It is a 30 minute walk from the bustling centre of Hoi An, but you can use the free shuttle or bikes if you don’t want to walk it. Lots of convenient shops and small eateries in the area too. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere peaceful, yet convenient.

Utrolig trivelig hotell og personale. Bassengområdene er helt topp. Hotellet er trukket tilbake i fra hoved veien så det er veldig fredelig område. Når en tar prisen på overnatting her mot selve opplevelsen så gir dette veldig mye overnatting for pengene. Personalet er også fantastiske og gjør det hele til en veldig god opplevelse. Kan absolutt anbefale å bo her. Frokosten er helt ok, men restauranten ut over det var ikke noe bra. Vær obs på at hotellet krever ekstra betaling for ekstraseng og frokost til barn her, ut over det som er betalt via hotells.com

Best Hotel we stayed in Vietnam! I fall in love with Ahoy Hoi An Resort & Spa!! The design decor, the professionalism and promptness of staff and the cleanliness and presentation of the overall hotel is amazing. Breakfast was excellent. It also has a nice spa.
