Perfect hotel to enjoy Hoi An
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HotelsBeautiful hotel perfectly located a bit away from the noisy old quarter and 3 km away from the private beach (free access for hotel guests) that you can easily reach with the free bikes (or free shuttle) that the hotel provides. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And breakfast is amazing - with both western and asian offerings.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady who checked us in and out. We were given lots of great recommendations from where to eat to tailors shoemakers and sights to visit. The pool is clean with plenty of towels. The whole facility is very well cared for and staff very helpful.

Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur Hotels첫 호이안 여행인데 아니오 호텔은 너무 좋은 선택이었어요. 호텔 직원분들 대부분 친절했고, 프론트에 계셨던 분들 너무 감사했습니다. 저희 아이중 한 아이가 새벽에 갑자기 아파서 응급실에 가야했는데 프론트 직원 분들 빠른 대처 해주시고 다음날 새로 바뀐 직원 분들께서도 계속 아이의 안부를 물어주셔서 감동 받았네요.
방에서 에어컨 문제 등 말씀 드릴때마다 빠르고 친절하게 응대를 해주셔서 숙박 하는 동안 편안했습니다.
전용 셔틀이 있어서 올드타운까지 편안하게 다녀오고,
다낭의 다음 호텔로 이동할 때 까지 드랍 요청드려서 갔습니다. 항상 상냥했던 Hiigh, Flora, 개구쟁이 우리 아이들 너무 예뻐해준 Ken. 너무 감사드립니다.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff
Publié le 11 janv. 2024 sur HotelsA family of 4, we enjoyed a superb stay in Hoi An at the Anio Boutique hotel. From the moment of arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. They are so genuine in their desire to ensure your stay goes as well as possible and everyone who worked there was a real credit to the hotel.
The family room with 2 doubles was nice and spacious and the bathroom was big too.
Breakfast was a real delight with 5 banks of food from pastries, fruit, asian cusine, western cuisine and an egg chef too.
We ate at the restaurant too and can recommend the good quality and wide selection on the menu.
Pool was also good, never too busy.
Theres also a free bus service to and from Hoi An and An Bang beach. We used this a couple of times but it's a 40 dong taxi ride back so no issue if you dont want to stick to the timetable.
All in all, we could not have been happier and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base from which to discover Hoi An and nearby areas.

The staff are very friendly and helpful
The food was great and well priced
Great location very quiet but still close to everything
Only complaint would be the shower is in a bath tub, very unsafe once the area was wet.
