Hood Hotel in a Nice Location

The hotel is one of the bigger hotel along a stretch of budget hotels and there is an abundance of seafood restaurants which will spoil you as to what to eat. It is just across the beach but u have to cross a main road before getting there. We took a one room suite which was spacious enough for me to do remote working - breakfast spread was also good and sufficient . Staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Vien who was very helpful and served us well during our stay there. Gym was spacious but could do with more equipment. Overall I would recommend this hotel for tourist who wants a more luxorious feel

Service was poor and not adequate for a 5-star international hotel. Room was not soundproof. We could hear the loud open bar music from the street even though we’re on a higher level. We could also hear the room next door such as their conversations, showering and door opening/closing.

overall a fantastic stay. rooms were soundproof, though in the morning we could hear some of the incessant horning on the main street. breakfast food were ok with huge variety (e.g. pastries, cheese, korean, western and indian cuisine), and menu changed relatively frequently. however, the dining area had poor ventilation and we always ended up with the food smell on our clothes and hair.

If I could give 6* for the staff the. I would. They were amazing. The hotel is lovely and at the quieter end of My Khe beach. A lovely rooftop pool.
