Staffs were so well-trained, friendly, and helpful that I stayed there with very good feeling. Duty manager, team leader, staffs, everyone was very nice. 1. Window in the first room I got in had some gap between glass and frame so some noise from outside unit of refrigerator for hotel restaurant was a little disturbing. Then, their action was very quick. They sent an engineer to my room to fix the window problem even though it was at night. Even though he could not solve it perfectly at last, I was amazed by hotel's quick action and his nice attitude. On the second day, Ms. Kathy helped me find the most quiet room from some rooms available on the day by going around with me. 2. When my PC got power problem, male staffs at front desk were smart and found out which part had a problem. Then, they helped me find a cable for PC by telling me which shop to go and the price. Exactly at the shop, I got the one I needed. 3. A female staff at front desk kindly taught me that using taxi would be cheaper than Grab to go to and to come back from Hoian. If those staffs had not been that friendly, I would not have gotten that information. 4. All the staffs including front desk staffs, cleaners, maintenance engineers, and restaurant staffs was saying "Xin Chao (Hello)" to every guest whenever they saw any guest. Nice and cheerful feeling did I get by them. 5. Convenience store is just in front of the hotel. 6. Very easy to get taxi there. Highly recommended.

My room was nicely decorated and had a big TV with BBC World. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Asian and Western breakfast foods. I loved the silver dollar pancakes. The only thing that I didn't like was that if you want more coffee, you can't get it yourself from the buffet. You have to ask a waiter or waitress (and sometimes they're busy). A highlight of my stay was being served at the front desk by a staff member named June. She spoke good English and gave me useful tourist information, like which restaurants sell local dishes.

Good hotel and reasonable rate.

This hotel provides better breakfast. A building looks a little bit old, but not bad. The most wonderful thing that I experienced in this hotel is a massage. They offer 30% off for massage programs in the morning. Anyway, we had a great time at this hotel, and my wife is willing to stay again.

Excellent staff providing caring, warmest and sincere services and advises. We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. The onsen and sauna are so great and clean. We enjoyed it twice a day after swimming. Besides, the location is good and we can have a leisure stroll along the riverside in every evening. Superb!

Service is outstanding here, which is why I am a repeat guest. Ms. Dong. Ms. Uyen and their colleagues go over and above. Pushy and loud Korean tourists cannot ruin an otherwise fantastic experience.

It does mention they have Airport Shuttle, but only to be restricted by a limited timetable. When I tried to book a return trip to airport, we were told to book on the day we were leaving, Yet on the day we were told there is no pre-booking or shuttle itself and suggested we take taxi directly.

Worth a try

It is an older hotel but the service and hospitality of staff made up for it. The free airport shuttle was a big plus. Breakfast was very good. Nice warm pool, free onsen.

Awesome place!!

Awesome place! Service is wonderful. I love that everyone says hi to their guests. The shuttle idea to their resort near Hoi an is amazing!! Loveee that place its soo nice and beautiful! The pool and japanese spa at the hotel is pretty cool. The only thing was that you can hear everything from the hallway! Either wall is too thin or people were just too loud. But overall i highly recommend!

Fantastic staff in a good hotel, central location

We had a most fantastic stay at the Grandvrio hotel. We stayed for 5 nights while we explored Da Nang and were extremely happy through out. It started with a friendly and efficient check in (amazing staff) and then we had an ideal bedroom on 4th floor with a very comfy bed and pillows (I’m very fussy about a good mattress and this ticked my boxes) Breakfast was good, many Asian choices but the hotel caters for many Korean tourists so that is to be expected but I was happy with egg station each day. A tip though is to go for breakfast later (after 9am) when the restaurant is calm and a relaxing place to be ..... not so at 7.30am,, Trung the catering manager was yet another great member of staff who loved his job and looked after us very well (making is special Vietnamese coffee each morning) I used the free Japanese bath and sauna and was luckily enlightened o have it to myself. The management should be very proud of their young but amazing team of staff I would return to this hotel and not look at any others if I return to DaNang

Overall stay was great. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Room condition is fair and breakfast was ok. We came with a family of three for a two nights stay. Great location close by the Bach Dang river.
