솔직한 이용후기

4박을 했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 분명 하우스키핑 매일 가능하고 수영장 시설이 있다고 돼있어 예약을 했어요. 가보니 4박 동안 하우스키핑은 1회만 가능하다고 하더군요. 타월 교체만 매일 가능하고 수영장은 사용 불가라고 합니다. 호텔스닷컴에는 그렇게 돼있지 않았다고 하니 수영장이 별로 좋지 않다 해변을 이용해라 등등 뻔한 얘기를 해서 호텔스닷컴에 국제전화를 했습니다. 사정을 얘기하니 알아보고 연락준다고 하더군요. 한참을 기다려도 연락이 없어 다시 전화하니 다른 직원이 받아 아까 그 직원이 아직 알아보고 있는 중인 거 같다 연락 주겠다고 해서 기다렸지만 지금까지 연락이 없어요.ㅎㅎ 덕분에 첫날은 연락 기다리다 날렸습니다. 호텔스닷컴의 스타일을 이제는 알겠습니다. 번창하시길. 참고로 이 숙박업소는 알타라스위트에 오너쉽 갖고 있는 사람들의 방을 위탁 받아 운영하는 에이전시입니다. 이런 설명이 없어 처음에 배달시키거나 할 때 애로가 있었습니다.
