I have never felt so welcome or at home in a hotel! KA Villas is a special place. The staff here are so wonderful and really care about you and your trip. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub and shower. Each room has a balcony area with comfy seats overlooking the koi pond, a nice place to sit and relax. You order breakfast the day before and as soon as you take a seat they bring fresh juice and fruits whilst they cook your breakfast - this was a huge highlight for me! The pool was probably the cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in! They light it up so pretty for an evening swim. The staff helped us book local tours, we also had a lovely massage, and they helped us booked taxis. They even waved us off as we left! The local area is so nice - lots of nice restaurants and cafes along the beach - I recommend Hit Ha and Naia (this one is right across the street and they also offer yoga classes overlooking the sea!). I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hoi An!

I was here for 24 days during my stay in Vietnam , I could not have been treated any better by the staff at this hotel. The breakfast choices were wonderful And all very delicious ! The housekeeping staff were immaculate, and the maintenance man was there for anything that you needed All in all, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be at Na bang beach , I would definitely stay here again

Genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so kind and welcoming and genuinely cared for the guests. Breakfast was so delicious and healthy every morning, cooked to order and so many options. Our room was clean and beautiful and overlooked the villa. Free laundry service everyday helped us so much since we were backpacking for 2 months. There are also free bikes to rent which was so much fun to take them to An Bang beach. There was one day I fell off my bike (my fault, I was going too fast) and a staff member helped me with first aid and bandaging myself. I will always remember her kindness! I’ll pick KA Villa to stay at everytime I’m in Hoi An!!!

I highly recommend KA Villa. The owner Nhung is one of the kindest people I’ve met. She and her small, dedicated staff were so friendly and helpful, always offering my sons popsicles when we returned from a day of exploring. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was powerful. The AC worked great. We had big windows on both sides of the room so lots of light. Every morning we had a breakfast which consisted of a big glass of fresh fruit juice, a plate of beautifully prepared fresh fruit, and an entree we chose the night before. KA Villa offered laundry service at no extra charge. They also have a small, pretty sitting area with a few book shelves with books in various languages. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of.

I think the amazing reviews pretty much sum up everything about this place. Staff are amazing and always ready and prepared to go the extra mile. Nhung was great and on hand to answer any questions and help us with transport, as well as point out places to eat and tips for our stay. Breakfast cooked fresh to order every morning. There was someone watching the front of the property each night. Rooms were big and I loved the big, deep bath with a shower attached. They supplied beach towels and even offered a free laundry service each day. We felt welcomed, relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived. Would definitely return. You get a very personal, warm touch.

KA villa, Hoi An

Just finished a week at KA. Great little Boutique Hotel only 50m from the beach. Room was lovely as was the pool. Breakfast was thrown in as well. Complimentary bikes, umbrellas, beach towels and sun beds on the beach as well. The best part however are the staff, it became more like staying with friends than a hotel. If you want a chilled out week on the beach, it doesn’t get much better. 5 min taxi ride into town if you want to shop and 5 min walk up the beach if you want some beach nightlife.

This hotel and the staff deserve more than excellent rating. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, they offer free umbrellas. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we were very pleased with it’s proximity to An Bang beach and the reserved lounge chairs provided by the hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were ok nothing special, some layouts better than others especially in the bathroom. Distance from toilet to shower and vanity was non existent. Cleanliness was satisfactory, pool was excellent and breakfast exceeded are expectations. But the restaurant options within walking distance were overpriced and lacking, you’ll need a motorbike or take a Grab to get ti the much better restaurants in the town. Overall l would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a small boutique hotel with exceptional customer service close to An Bang beach.

I t was a normal hotel with a couple of really good people led by a unexpectedly nice manager. The bad apples snipe at the old disabled guy as I drop my keys or miss step on the uneven floor. Unfortunately the norm for this otherwise nice country

The staff was beyond amazing. We had some issues with booking and they were more than happy to fix the errors. We needed to check in early and they were more than happy to oblige. And when they did not have a room for another night they provided us with transportation to our new hotel. The breakfast was good and the pool and beach amenities were very nice. The bathtub had some strange marks in the tub, but no real issues. I would very much recommend this hotel.
