Real nice hotel a bit outside of the lively center of the city, so it's nice and quiet. Still at a walkable distance from the old part of the coty and the animated part of Hoi An. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and will make sure your stay in their city is smooth sailing. You can rent bicycle and motobikes, spend som leisurely time by the pool and enjoy the nightlife of the city quite easily. Overall a great and enjoyable journey!

The hospitality was awesome and the laundry service clutch and quick. Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean with great AC. Location is just outside of old town which is perfect for easy walking and but away from the honking of motorbikes and taxis.

Nice property. Short walk to Night Market.

We felt well cared for while staying at this property. Front desk lady's name is Tram and she is fantastic. Always greets you with a smile and has been very helpful in navigating local tour sites. Our room was big and had everything we needed. The only exception was presence of mould in our room (ceiling, right above TV). We mentioned it to hotel staff and were told they will address it. We were in room 101. Otherwise, we really liked this property. You are given several choices of breakfast which you have to choose the day before. Very tasty. Pool was quite deep but our 7-year old is a pretty good swimmer and enjoyed it very much.

Staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable about Hoi An and were able to recommend a great tailor and the fun tours to do. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained. Breakfast is incredible with options for everyone. Highly recommend!!!

The staff that run May Boutique Villa are lovely and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay, we enjoyed the pool and the use of the bicycles. The breakfast was basic but yummy and plentiful. It is only a short walk to Hoi An Ancient town.

Good but could be better with a bit of effort

The property is in a great location, walking distance from the Old Town and night life. The breakfast is good and included in the price. We were frustrated by the lack of towels at the pool every time we needed them and often had to wait some time for them to be accessed. One day they ran out of bath towels and gave us extra bath mats instead 😮 Some days our room wasn’t serviced and we had to request water etc for the room. We were able to access better deals for airport transfers than what they offered us. Bring earplugs - barking dogs and crowing roosters nearby! Aside from that, the bed was comfortable and the room was good value.

Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with balcony. Really good breakfast! Vy and Muoi were very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Away from the noisyness of the old town area but still within easy walking distance. We had a very late check in past midnight but they made sure the security guard had our details and gave us the keys with breakfast information and even took us to our rooms to show how everything works! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent service from reception, kitchen, and security staff. Room was very clean. Not a great view but there is a balcony. I used the balcony to dry out my wet boots. Close to the Old Quarter and the new quarter. Lots of food around the area.

We had an amazing stay here! Room was very clean and modern. Vy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and helped us arranged tours/taxis etc. Free bikes are available to use and breakfast is great.

I can’t fault this property and value for money was excellent. The young lady, Muoi on reception was outstanding, a definite 10 out of 10. On arrival she asked me what I wanted to do and see whilst I was there and then went about booking everything for me. I usually do all my own bookings but she nailed it and got discount prices on everything. I will be back for longer next year

施設のスタッフは皆とても優しく親切で、色々な観光情報や周辺地域のことを教えてくれ、また送迎車やツアーの手配もしてくれました。 ホテルは旧市街からは徒歩20分ほどでしたが、近くにカフェやレストランもあり、中心地まで歩くのもそこまで大変ではなかったです。ホテルの部屋やプールはよく掃除され清潔に保たれており、滞在中快適に過ごすことができました。 Staff were very helpful, the room was well cleaned. I'll definitely come here again. Thank you for the amazing stay!

コスパ最高！スタッフ最高！

とても清潔で綺麗な部屋。そして、何よりもスタッフ全員が素晴らしい！特にDungさんは、ダブルからツインにスムーズに部屋を変更してくれて、TVが故障しているのを諦めずに直してくれました。朝食と、お掃除の女性スタッフも、フレンドリーで楽しかったです。朝食は毎日数種類からの選択で、シンプルながら美味しかった。プールは私には少し深かったですが、楽しめました。1つ難を言えば、夜のカラオケがうるさかったこと。でも2〜3時間のことです。それにも勝り、この価格でこのクオリティは、他には見つけられないでしょう。ホイアンに滞在する時は、必ず又このホテルを選びます！
