The area is massive and staying in Mercure is so worth it. love the ambiance at night. the rooms are big and beds will give you a goodnight sleep.

It was great to be staying overnight in Ba Na Hills. An evening walk around the French Village is wonderful as the day trippers have gone. It was a bit noisy in the evening as there are people talking loudly with their door opened and in the corridor. Some people were ignoring the signage about respecting other guests.

The entire facility and grounds were spotless. Staff everywhere were helpful and quick to serve. Food was good and buffet meals had many choices. Rooms could have had better lighting but otherwise comfortable and clean. Great towels and water was as hot as needed in the shower Highly recommended

The room itself was like a basic motel for the high price however the location and breakfast were perfect.
