Although the existing staff were working hard there were too many guests that outnumbered the staff. We had to wait in queue for hours to check in. There were no clear instructions on where to go. The number of bell boys were limited as well

What a beautiful place. We booked one night here so we could take our time exploring the park & did not regret it. Our room was right next to the church and had a great view. It does get very quiet at night and especially cold so keep in mind to bring warm clothing if you stay.

We travelled as a group of 4 and couldn’t book the spa together because they only had 2 staff on. Embarrassing for a hotel of that size. Unacceptable. The food was always cold on the buffet and for the price they charge, also embarrassing. The rooms are dark and dreary and musty. Will not recommend. The only thing positive that I can say is that the bell hops were great.

It was great being able to stay within the theme park, the atmosphere and activities after dark were fun without the huge crowds since the lifts were closed. However the room is pretty poor, especially as a Mercure property. There is zero insulation and noise proofing. You could hear EVERYTHING both outside the hotel and into the hallways. We got very little sleep. Also the shower in the bathroom was just a showerhead into the room itself, so when you shower, the whole bathroom gets soaked. So if you wanted to use the toilet after anyone had showered, everything is drenched.
