We loved our stay at Bel Marina. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean and modern. The grounds of the resort we stunning and right on the river. The food and staff were also amazing - the staff really went above and beyond.

The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool areas were also pristine. We took advantage of the spa and also highly recommend the massages. You are a very short walk to the night market and Hoi An old town. Breakfast in the hotel was the best buffet breakfast I've experienced, huge amount of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We wish we could have stayed longer!

All of the staff was very friendly. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The area is very convenient to walk to shopping, food, and other points of interests. The breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is so nice and it's lovely that the property is next to the river.

Everything about this Hotel was great. Only thing that was off was choosing the town view option. The view was just looking at the alley way in between the hotel buildings. If you want you the view to be the actual town, you probably have to specifically request for it when checking in.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Alice on the front desk is wonderful. Air conditioning in room excellent as were the breakfasts. Everything kept very clean. Easy walking distance to markets and Ancient village. 15 min drive to a great beach. Thoroughly recommend

The manager was great she really made the effort to make us happy . The room was much better but very noisy and we had to climb a step to get into the bed which was hard. The staff was great. The area around the hotel very dirty.

We loved the intimacy of the resort and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. The location was also fantastic, being right on the river and walking distance into the old town.
