me and my family stayed this hotel like 4-5 nights. Breakfast was great! but too far from the beach, staffs were nice but they seemed they don't know what to do, gave us only 1 room key for triple bed room lol and no one actually can understand English. if you've been staying 3star hotels, you'd say this hotel is great, but this hotel was just average for 3star hotel for me and my family. Spa people kinda scam us. and as they don't speak english much, they kept changing our deals without notice. so you better book massage in some other places. and swimming pool is not that great as photos they post. no changing rooms. and you go 15th floor by lift then you have to take stairs which are slipperly. and once you ask something for house keeping it takes forever. so you have to make phone call twice. and the House keeper got in my room without notice when i was naked. so this hotel is not your best choice with this price. you should consider other 3 star hotels or 4star hotels might be better.

The rooms are kept in good condition & modern, looks like brand-new, but noisy due to poor sound-proof, karaoke sounds at mid-night and noise from adjacent rooms. Ants are found in toilet & near the windows.
