Overall we enjoyed our stay though we wish it was a little closer to the busy areas as walking to anywhere took a long time and was very hot in the sun. The food was very average but not bad for being included in the price. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

A very nice hotel, and the staff were great. The only drawback is that is a little ways from the main area and take a taxi or Grab to get to everything

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our room was a bit small. The only difficulty is location. It is a bit far from almost everything. Staffs were nice. Breakfast was a okay.

Ocean views, clean... not much else.

We had a spacious, modern room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and were offered coffee, tea, and water daily. One reason we chose this hotel was because it wasn't on the main (My Khe) beach, so it would be quieter/less busy. However, there aren't many dining options around, so you'll likely end up at My Khe anyway. The other reason was for the pool: It provided a panoramic view of the ocean while also being covered, which was nice. Unfortunately the freezing temperature of the water coupled with guests being permitted to smoke on the deck (due to the open air design), meant we only used it once. Communication from the staff could have been better. While they noted the breakfast location & hours, they neglected to remind us that it was complimentary for us. Of course, it is our responsibility to remember what's included in our reservation, but it would have been nice. In the end, the buffet breakfast was wholly unappetizing, so it's better that we had our morning meals elsewhere. The lasting impression was being asked to wait upon checking out, while a staff member inspected our room? That is definitely something I've never experienced before. Overall, I'd say you're better off booking a hotel in My Khe with the same view and amenities, for only a fraction more.

I really enjoyed our week long stay at Nguyen Gia. Although it’s further away from the hustle and bustle, I didn’t mind. It was still beach front and beautiful. Can’t beat the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was all very professional and super friendly: the front desk unexpectedly came to our room to delivery a birthday fruit plate for my daughter “because (he) noticed it was her birthday on her passport.” We could easily get a Grab by asking the front desk and it arrived promptly. I would definitely stay here again

Basically satisfied. The front desk helped us solve the transportation problem, and the breakfast also very delicious. It was only on the last night that we were little unhappy when we found there was no shampoo and shower gel when we took a shower.

Hosts at reception will help with anything. We asked them to book a bus for us as we had trouble finding one after Tet. Also the breakfast is some of the best food I tasted. The pool as well was amazing it's one of the few I have been in that has a shallow and a deeper end (that is actually deep). Thanks for being such great hosts.
