Room was clean, comfortable, well located and staff so kind and accommodating. Walking 2 min from beach and 20 from night market / dragon bridge. Great spa treatment and reception was helpful to get tours booked at better cost then get your guide.

From being met by a driver at the airport to the wonderful welcome at the lobby and escorted to the room by a most attentive porter this was just the start of a great stay! This hotel does everything right and I have a special shout out for Nih, guest service agent who went out of her way to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Sala suite was just amazing with fantastic ocean view, soaking tub, huge bed, access to the premium lounge, afternoon tea, and spa/jacuzzi. This is worth the upgrade! The staff members are all amazingly warm and welcoming. They are so apologetic when we have to wait and they are always asking how they can improve! That is just not something we would find in many other countries, not even Japan! We attended the cooking class, wow, good activity and great food to try. The spa/jacuzzi experiences were always great, specially at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet is served in one floor for suite guests and on another floor for everyone else. Either one serves a great selection. The afternoon tea is a great place to relax but don’t expect a British style. The concierge service offer similar activity packages at competitive price and they will cancel if weather is inclement. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to the dragon bridge. This hotel is highly recommended!

Great environment so I can see why people rate Sala hotel highly. No fuss checking in or out with complementary drinks. The staff at the door are helpful with luggage and finding your grab car. If you get a chance, go and relax at the roof top pool while enjoying the seaside view. Definitely check out the breakfast, lots of options that changes up everyday, you can also get local central Vietnamese dishes that you may not otherwise get to during your trip. The room rate is fairly reasonable if you book at the right time, but due to the beachfront location, it’s away from any central tourist locations and some Grab drivers might not want to pick up your ride.

Loved this place. Will definitely be staying there again. Gr8 view, super clean, comfortable beds and the best shower ever!! And everything is very clean. Breakfast was incredible and delicious and superb 😋 airport transfers was also ok. Should provide airport transfers as required, not set times. The airport isn't far, so this shouldn't be difficult to organise

Number hotel in Da Nang!

Out of 100 hotels I rank my experience at number 1. The staff was on point in all aspects. They helped with navigating the city as well and had services for tourism locally. I highly recommend staying here!
