Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in Vietnam. And that says a lot because we’ve been to over a couple of dozens of hotels/resorts all over Vietnam. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean with all the kitchen amenities you would need. We stayed for over 20 days. I ended up booking a room for my cousin and his wife to stay with us.

I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and I got the room with the tub which costs more but when I tried to use the tub the hot water stayed on for a few minutes then turned cold so I told staff about this and they said wait 15 to 20mins for the boiler…. But the water always remained cold no matter how hard I tried…so I never used the tub.. The staff was amazingly attentive.They was always ready to help and always had a smile~ The breakfast was practically the same every morning. Room cleaning-I noticed the covers was always the same never changed *they just fixed the bed And they always used the same glasses to fill the water but the glasses for the water was dirty around the top area!! I don’t feel the amount I paid was worth it. P.s The reason I picked the hotel was because of the tub I didn’t get a chance to use!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and breakfast was good. We were told that there was construction going on the building next to the hotel, that blocked the view from our window and there would be noise disturbances. However to compensate, they gave me and my husband a free 60minutes body massage, which we used. We could hear the noises from the building work, but it started when we woke up and ended before we went to bed so it didn’t bother us too much.

The hotel is new and modern, however, There is construction work being undertaken right next door and across the road, so constant noise. They advertise the most amazing bathtubs, but there’s insufficient water to even cover your feet, so its a waste to pay the extra unless you are happy with a cold bath. The breakfast is sub par, you are better off going to the cafe across the road. They have a microwave and a single burner for cooking, however only supply 1 pot, 1 bowl, one bread plate, one knife, one spoon, one fork and no utensils to cook or prep with. Even if you requeat additional plates for the second person staying they are removed each day which is frustrating

Tam was super nice and helpful, as were the 2 women at breakfast. The room was nice, big and comfortable with kitchen. It was great having bicycle! The balconies were for show rather than use. We were not provided with a lock box, even after asking. The hot water ran out, we reported it, they fixed it and a day or two later it was a problem again. The breakfast was not good. I was really pressured to give a good review before leaving. Not cool. They push too hard and reviews lose all value and become meaningless. Way to go Vietnam. /s

The Hem was a beautiful place to stay, room was nice and cozy and clean we loved the look and feel of the space!! Only down side we had was the shower wasn’t sealed properly from the door so if the shower head was at the wrong angle water would flood the bathroom! Also had no hot water whenever we tried to shower both nights we were there! Apart from the shower issues we had a lovely stay!

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.

The property was beautiful and new. I was amazed by their design. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The location is near My Khe Beach and away from 20-30 meters from main street. No noisy. Facilities is tables, wifi, smart TV, kitchen. I felt like my home.

The hotel was very modern and beautifully designed. It has a very calm and light, airy feel. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. I was greeting with a cold fruit drink and fresh fruit at the check in. It is little touches like this that makes the place stand out Finally, Cherry at the front desk was always smiling, cheerful, and helpful throughout our stay. She should get a 10 rating just on her own. I will stay at the Hem again on my next visit to Danang.

Exception hotel ! The pictures show the reality, the pool is amazing and the water had perfect temperature. Location is great, easy access to many tourist destinations ( near my Khe Beach 5-minutes ). My room has full amenities ( kitchen, fridge and smart TV).

A great value for money property ! Good location, friendly staff. It's not too far from My Khe Beach. Feel relaxed because of their peace. I have stayed in many hotels in front of beach but their service is not deserved. Recommend this hotel !
