Lovely hotel with pool

Lovely place to stay, pool perfect to cool off on a hot day. A little far out from town to walk in the heat but in cooler weather is doable. Bike ride to the beach and through the rice fields is fun.

I had an amazing stay. This resort has a great gym (with great AC), a nice pool and bar, breakfast is excellent, and the spa massage is very clean, relaxing, and equiped with showers, sauna & steam rooms. The staff is excellent and friendly, they took great care of me. I will definitely come back.

Staff were excellent,well trained and attentive with good English skills. Rooms were modern and neat and the pool area is very relaxing. 25k vnd to old town by grab or free bike in the garage if you feel energetic. The breakfast covered all bases especially the western food but they also had good vegetarian options. Spa attached makes a one stop shop for relaxation. If you want a tour or anything really just go to the front desk and everything will be sorted. Can’t say enough about how good the staff were it was amazing. We will be back.

Wonderful staff and hotel. The location was very convenient to visiting Hoi An old town, but in a less busy area. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to old town Hoi An and to the beaches.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay.

Above and beyond in service

From the very first moment the hotel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay. Amazing value for money and I wish I had stayed longer. A short taxi ride best way to old town area, otherwise they have a day time shuttle.

First of all, Hoi An is an amazing town to visit. The staff upon check-in were super friendly and helpful. They walked us directly to our room while showing us parts of the hotel like the pool, bar, spa and dining areas. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool area is quaint and not super large so the lounge chairs can fill up very quickly. The room included breakfast buffet which was very good with many options. I wished they had bar service at the pool and hope they can make that change. It’s a relatively new hotel. The spa services was also nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
