Beautiful Home On Lake Martin In Stillwaters Resort

This lake front home is perfect for a family getaway. It is located in Stillwaters Resort, a gated community with a golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and a marina. This 3 bd, 2.5 bath home has 2 king beds a queen bed and a pull out couch., it can hold up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped includes full size microwave, stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker and Keurig. Other small appliances available 4 slice toaster, blender and hand held mixer. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking needs. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The flat lot is perfect for the children to play. Enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer paddle boat, kayak, private slip for your boat, pier, fire pit and gazebo.. This home has a screened porch with electric fireplace with plenty of seating. The open deck has a gas grill, 4 to 6 person hot tub and a retractable sun setter for shade.

Lazy Lake Days

Our family enjoyed a 5 nigh stay at Lake Martin in this home. It was perfect. We had plenty of room in the home, but the backyard was great with the lake, a flat lot, and the hot tub. Ms. Karen was wonderful and Ms. Tina and Mr. MIke (neighbors) were great too!

Beautiful home with MANY amenities provided. Host extremely responsive to any text/call we made regarding questions or concerns. In particular we loved the screened in back porch every day! Fans also provided to keep us cool on back deck as well as other rooms in the house.. would return!

Stillwater’s retreat

Karen was amazing to work with. Her home had so many special touches to make our Fourth of July trip wonderful. We had a private boat pier, 2 kayaks and a paddle board for our enjoyment . A private hot tub on the back patio. 2 grill options. The house was very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and plenty of living and eating space on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. I would highly recommend this property for any Lake Martin getaway!!

Great Lake house

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with family at this great lake house. It is situated at the end of a quiet cove in Stillwaters at Lake Martin. The house is very nice and well stocked with everything you need. The screened in porch and deck were great and the Blackstone was an added bonus. There is plenty of room in the flat yard for playing games or just relaxing. The boat dock had plenty of room for lounging, eating, visiting, etc. The owners were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely consider returning for another visit.
