Dahlonega Creekside Cottage with Hot Tub

Come relax creek side and enjoy our 4 seater hot tub on a spacious deck overlooking the mountains. The Cottage is close to the Dahlonega Square (less than 5 min), yet rural and secluded. Wineries and other attractions are all within 15 minutes. The cottage has its own private beach on the creek to fish, or just sit and enjoy the sounds of the rushing water. You’ll enjoy stargazing or your close up Mountain View. Clean, cozy, relaxing. GA lic #4946

The Cottage is a 2 Master Bedroom with two full bath 1200sqft home. The lower bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the upstairs has a king. The cottage is fully furnished, just bring yourself! Kitchenware and towels are included. We also offer up a full kitchen with cookware and dish ware. just bring food! A washer and dryer are also available for use. Off grid outdoor deck right on the river with lights and stereo system.

Guest have access to the full house (approx 1200 SqFt) , the oversized deck (16x30) and yard use on the 1 acre. This also includes private access to the beach on the creek with seating and firepit.

The cottage sits on a larger property (5 acre) and access to those areas is not included in the rental. clear signage is used to show property boundary for the rental.

The cottage sits in rural location, just outside of the Dahlonega city limits. Like any rural home, you can expect more interactions with wildlife and insects than in the city. The drive into the property is an easement through another rural property on a well maintained gravel road. The road does have some hills, but is easy to drive even in a sedan. The easement does have some interesting country flair, and a generally unwelcoming amount of no trespassing signs. We recommend you keep your speed on the egress under 10mph, and if questioned by the easement property owner, simply state you are a guest at the cottage up the hill and proceed along your route. keep driving until you reach the blue and white cottage. We have all permits and licenses for operations.

Amazing trip with the family! My dog loved the room to run free and splash in the creek. My son loved panning for gold in the creek, too. The hot tub under the stars is a bonus on this peaceful, beautiful property. And the host was wonderful!!

We loved our weekend visit. Cottage was perfectly clean & cozy. Included everything we needed. Plenty of towels, toiletries, utensils, coffee… etc. location is convenient to the town square. Don’t worry when you turn on the small woodsy road that leads back to the cottage. Sweet Christmas lights will guide you back to the property. We had a wonderful experience & would love to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was actually much bigger and more spacious than the pictures lead on. Our pup loved the huge yard and playing in the creek. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The cottage was very clean. Our dog was very happy with the large yard. It was extremely cold during our stay so was not able to enjoy the creek but it was crystal clear with a nice beach area. The back porch area is excellent. The host, Lori is fantastic and communication was excellent. We will come back again.

I love the cabin, very clean,cozy property was beautiful creek was stunning- hot tub was great -Lori was very easy to contact if needed and responded quickly with any questions I had - my only concern was there were so many cameras driving into property it gave me a strange feeling and the neighbors dog barked constantly- but nothing you can do about that — would consider staying again .

Great Getaway

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We wanted a quiet place with a waterfront creek. This place was perfect for us. The owners have done a great job on the remodeling. Beautiful and clean. The back deck was very nice and the hot tub made our stay even better. Even the mattress was comfortable. We definitely hope to go back in the future.

The place was spotless with a great bed downstairs. It was so comfortable. I found everything I needed. Loved the hot tub. I came to buy a house in area and found one. I would recommend this property to anyone. You can even tube here at the little creek. Walmart, Zaxby's, chick filet are 6 mins and yahoola creek and lake reservoir trail parks are very close, less than 8 mins. The property owners are awesome and accommodating!!

This creekside cottage was wonderful. Location was close to town yet secluded. The creek was a lot bigger than expected. Games and puzzles for the whole family. Enjoyed the Rokus in each room. Also enjoyed the roaming rooster and hen. The gnomes were cute and gave us a good laugh. May be small but what set this place apart that a lot of other places don’t have was the coat hooks and toothbrush sets. Loved being able to hang up our coats out of the way. Communication with Lori was excellent and she’s accommodating .This place has it all
