This can be your experience in this charming 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage on 50 acres just a few miles from the Dahlonega Square. If the mountains are calling, take a short drive to a number of amazing spots such as Preacher’s Rock.

Those interested in the wine country experience will find our location absolutely perfect. We are 1 minute from Kaya, Three Sisters and Frogtown and 3 minutes from Doghobble. The Cottage, Cavender Creek, and Yonah are each within 15 minutes. If you wish to relax and unwind on property, take a hike on our hiking trail, pause at our tranquil pond or visit our herd of sweet alpaca boys.

Personal touches in every corner of the cottage make it a warm and inviting space that immediately feels like home. Don’t miss the cozy office/work space complete with an oversized nap-worthy leather chair. Sit by the indoor flagstone fireplace or enjoy the outdoor fire pit. The back deck features a grill and outdoor seating for an evening meal under the stars.
