Overall good value, except the noice in my bedroom on the 2nd floor from the kitchen extractor below.
Too loud and was left on till beyond 10.30pm and was on again in the morning from 7am.
Not acceptable for rooms facing the rear.
Reported to the staff and they seems to expect the criticism.

Comfortable bed

I had dinner in the restaurant which had a menu with plenty of choice. The food was good and plenty of options of drinks behind the bar.
The breakfast menu was plentiful. I had poached egg on toast which was served hot and fresh.
I would stay again,

Room was fab although could have done with an extra chair when sitting to watch tv in the evening. Clean and tidy. Food was great, service was good. We enjoyed our stay. Good site to tour from, good price point.
