X Marks the Spot(Blue)1.5 miles from Holiday World

Country setting just 1.5 miles from Holiday World. Plenty of space (2 acres) to spend evenings out by the firepit and let the kids play. Check out the wildlife as squirrels, deer and turkey are roaming the area. Updated and clean with plenty of parking which includes a carport. Bonus: Next door are 2 other airbnbs (Yellow-X Marks the Spot and Red-X Marks the Spot) which can be rented for more family and friends.(11 acres)
Our airbnb is unique as it is only 1.5 miles from the town but has a great country setting. Trees and plenty of room to play. A neighboring airbnb is also listed that can be rented together for big family outings.
You have access to the house but no out buildings.
If anything is needed always please feel free to contact me.
Our town is known for Santa Claus as it is called. Santa Claus Land now Holiday World was founded in 1946 and continues to grow and employ alot of neighboring high school kids. We are a small community known to help one another and to be friendly to guests.
Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, Santa Claus Museum,Santa's Candy Castle, The Christmas Store, and the famous Santa Claus Post Office(Santa Letters come there to be answered) are just a few of our close by attactions. We also have a Dollar General and grocery store for your conveience. No public transportation but new walking and biking trails are available.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Coffee, single serve coffee, creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets.

The check in process was super easy. We had a couple questions and Amy responded very quickly. The house was clean and very well equipped. Lots of seating for large groups. The grill and blackstone were appreciated. Good supply of towels & washcloths. DVD's for rainy days or we were able to stream without any problems. We rented the yellow and blue houses for a total of 16 and had adequate sleeping room. The goats are a nice touch. Also got to see deer & wild turkey (and a tiny lizard). Convenient to Holiday World. Worked great fror us.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Holiday World!

The house is just a couple minute drive to Holiday World. It is well stocked with everything you need. It is spacious and clean. Great communication with the host! Perfect spot for us when visiting Holiday World!

Perfect Holiday World location

We stayed here to spend two full days at Holiday World with our families. There were 5 adults and 4 kids. There were plenty of kitchen items for cooking. Excellent space for that post-park resting to be up and ready for the next day! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for Holiday World

This house worked out great for our family, 12 of us. The house was an easy 5 minute drive (or less) to Holiday World. The setting is beautiful and one evening we had a great round of frisbee in the front yard. The kitchen had all we needed, but we did very little cooking. There is a very nice washer/dryer as well. I highly recommend this property! All communication (mostly texts) with Amy was friendly and informative.

Couldn’t Be Better

What a great place to stay if you’re visiting Holiday World it is three minutes from the park and at the same time, out in the country. Plenty of room for my husband and I and the four grandkids. Everything you need for a good stay. Farm setting with friendly goats . Couldn’t have been happier.

Great home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home for many reasons! The rooms were a nice size, plenty of beds and they provided everything we needed and more! It was a 4 minute drive to Holiday World which was wonderful since we took our 2 year old and 5 year old granddaughters. They also loved the bunk beds and goats! Everything was in working order and the hosts kept in contact with us. We would stay here again!
