Close to Japanese and Korean restaurants

Smelly room with really bad breakfast
Publié le 7 nov. 2021 sur HotelsI was attracted by the brand of Somerset; however this hotel is not worth the money. The room was smelly, and the breakfast was quite disappointing, with vey little choice and low food quality.

At Somerset Serviced Residences, we usually provide Continental Breakfast and supplement it with two or more hot dishes or egg stations. Also We have noted your feedback in regards to breakfast hour. We constantly review our selections and offerings in breakfast to meet the needs of our guests. We sincerely regret that you did not enjoy the Continental Breakfast selection. Please be assured that we will convey your feedback to our breakfast service team and shall work towards an improvement.

이번이 두번째였는데 기존에 가봤던 인파인, 카렌보다 방 크기, 컨디션, 기타시설등은 더 좋다고 생각되네요. 특히 수영장과 헬스장이 좋습니다.
프런트 직원은 영어가 가능하고 친절하나 그 외 직원들은 나쁘지는 않습니다. 청소 하시는 분이 아침 일찍 벨을 누르고 문을 두드리고 들어오니 늦잠 주무실 분들은 꼭 방문에 들어오지 말라고 표시하시구요.
조식은 카렌,인파인,서머셋 순서라고 생각됩니다. 한국 사람들은 별로 먹을 것이 없어요.
재이용 의사 충분히 있습니다.
