Convenient and safe, if not especially homey (bare minimum furniture, etc). Perfect location for a visit to Deep Ellum, and DART is literally outside the door. Getting in was a bit complicated, but that was part of what made it feel safe, and I felt sure the owner/operator was available. Would be glad to stay again.

Great Location for local Mysic

The location was a prime location for entertainment area of Deep Ellum. Easy to walk to restaurants and The Bomb Factory for music concerts. Safe and secure parking for guest. Apartment was super clean and had everything needed for a one night stay. Plan to Bring my spouse back next time to enjoy the shopping and eateries in the area.
