There is no room cleaning on weekends. We were not told that when we arrived. We requested some towels after finding the room wasn’t cleaned and they were never delivered as promised. Had to go to the office the next morning to pick them up. Not in an area that felt safe walking around in.

Must avoid:Horrible and Rotten to the very core!!!
Posted Mar. 11, 2024 on HotelsFriday: kept up through out the night by occupants who were running on the top floor. At 430PM in the morning, there was someone yelling “please someone help me”. This was followed by a blaze of police cars
Saturday: the upstairs guests didn’t relent so went to the reception to complain in person. They were not aware of the police coming and the possible crime on their property. Was asked to dial zero for “immediate help”.
Sunday and Monday: yelling while I was in official meetings. Dialed zero but no one picks up. The staff were pulling barrows with metal wheels over concrete that created the loudest and the longest sound I ever heard. They couldn’t have done this earlier or later this had to be during working hours.
General: ceiling is broken and badly patched up. No house keeping ever knocked. No one mentioned the free breakfast promised.

The area was sketchy. When I first arrived there were druggies at end of hall. People next to me were smoking pot and who knows what else. Music was loud all day and through overnight hours. To say you have an exercise area is false advertising . It’s a tiny room with a couple tread mills and i definitely wouldn’t walk around that area. Having water to purchase would have been nice. Room was clean and staff at front desk were ok .

Everything was good only quality of towels not too good and they only gave me shampoo and soap no body lotion or conditioner
