Beautiful, modern place. Front desk was very kind to give us a credit when we discovered the hot tub was out of commission.

We found this property by happenstance and booked a corner suite for our 8th wedding anniversary. The accommodations were stylish and the lobby was lovely. The hotel was situated in The Village and there was tons of green space and fun things to do if you had kids or pets. For us celebrating an anniversary we still were able to have a quiet evening together and enjoy each other’s company. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be retuning.

Not as great as expected.

So overall a great hotel. However, there were a few things that I wouldn't expect in a hotel like this. 1. The water heater wasn't working the day we checked in. When i called the front desk, they said to let the water run for some time and it will work. It didn't. 3 hours later, a maintenance person was sent to our loft. He fixed the water heater and it worked. Nonetheless, the next morning it didn't work again. 2. The Nespresso machine was there to make coffee but there wasn't a single coffee pod to make the coffee. We were obviously rushing, so didn't bother asking the front desk. 3. the bed sheet (Flat sheet)had a brown stain. I wasn't going to check what it was or didn't complain; so i just took it out. However, it did look like dudu. This literally turned me off from what a great experience it could have been. I'm not knit picking but at the same time i wouldn't expect these especially when booking a loft. I hope they can do better. I would still like to give them another shot.

Our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Dallas.Great location for shopping and restaurants.Hotel staff are excellent and rooms are very clean and comfortable.
