After staying a weekend before in ES in Jonoboro Arkansas happy hour was extremely nice and clean But i hadn't stay at this one since 2020 So I will not be returning They need to do a complete remodeling Rain coming in the lobby But the worker were nice

The good and the bad.

This is a challenging review to write. So, first with the good. The staff of this hotel are so very nice. They are what makes this hotel survive. Without them, this review would be poor. They answered our every request and responded promptly to our needs. The breakfast and evening reception were fantastic. Now the bad.... this building and all of its contents are not in good condition. It's clear that the owners of this property have been neglectful. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. Stains on the sofa, every lamp crooked, a recessed light that turned on and off randomly. At one point, all of the water faucets in our room poured out water with a LOT of black sediments. It took a little time for it to clear out. There must have been a pipe burst near our bathroom because the floor was perpetually wet in front of the bathroom door from the moment we entered the room. When we parked in the basement, there was leaking water coming from overhead pipes so that there was always water on the ground. The lights in the pool area were dim. Just not the quality you'd expect from an Embassy Suites hotel.

Not a good place to stay at

I stayed in Embassy suites before, but this one’s probably the worst. One parking was no good kind of sketchy downstairs. The hotel was OK. I will not stay there again though.

At first we were given keys to an occupied room. If that wasn’t enough, once we got to our room, there was an unknown wet area on the floor by dresser. Then to top things off, the toilet seat was about to fall off. We reported all of these issues to the front desk and was told we would be contacted about the problems and were were not. I even went to the front desk the next day and was promised a call back and again, nothing. Oh yeah! Parking sucks!
