The space
Spacious 3bed 3bath Condo with Front patio and fenced backyard.
On the first floor, you have a bedroom with a queen bed and it’s own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Spacious Living room with high ceilings. Separate Dining area with view of the backyard area.
Laundry room is downstairs tucked under the stairs that lead upstairs to the master bedroom, which has a Kingbed and an attached bathroom. 2nd room has twin beds that can combine into a King bed allowing flexibility to comfortably host up to 6 guests comfortably. Backyard is spacious ideal space for outdoor grilling or just to hang out

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: We are not liable for towing fees.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Utilities: Rent covers $125 for a 2-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Extra charge may apply should the limit be exceeded
