Room was very nice! It asked for “accommodations” as a pop up question during booking. I clicked “entry without stairs” thinking “that’s nice they ask.” They have a multiple choice questionnaire that I clicked just thinking that was very hospitable of them.I have a 6 month old baby and we brought his stroller so that would be super helpful. It was an extra 160$ at checkout. The total cost for 2 nights was around 300$ There could have been somewhere that told you it was an extra charge otherwise I would never have clicked that button.

No AC and dirty room

Bathroom had hairs on the wall and a used towel behind the door. AC did not work for 2 days. They fixed the blower but it blew hot air out. Room temp was 79 degrees. Hallway was cooler than room. Woke up sweating at night. No available rooms to switch too. They did comp one night.

Hotel is well kept, clean and service is excellent. The rooms are very clean and well kept, however we noticed the bathroom needed some maintenance( extractor did not work, bathroom door was hard to close because of humidity)
