Convenient location but I didn't feel very safe. Someone walked in off the street as we were checking in asking for a lighter. He was not in good shape and obviously not staying there. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but it made me uneasy and when we returned late from a concert we didn't have to use our key to enter the hotel and I wondered if he would be back.

Bed was lumpy. Usually hotel beds are great. This one wasnt. Also i could hear every footstep of the people on the floor above me. Love Home2 but this time was less than stellar.

The beds are very uncomfortable

Nice place. My only issue is the beds. I always look forward t sleeping in a bed more comfortable than the one i have at home wjen im at a hotel. One of the beds in my room were damaged. It was almost unbearable to sleep in as i kept rolling down into the deep dip in the middle of the bed. I did reach out to the front desk in which she said she had 1 room (with 1 less bed) available, but was unable to switch due to the fact that i booked through hotels.com. By booking through hotels.com, she explained it was a "done deal" and the reservation couldn't be reversed, adjusted, or cancelled. I then reached out to hotels.com who tried to resolve the situation by calling the front desk, but was told they don't have another room with 2 queen bed, in which i totally understand. The hotel also refused the request bc hotels.com for refind for the inconvenience. I then had my children all sleep together on the sleeper sofa, while my husband and i slept on the other queen bed. That mattress was uncomfortable. In the future i do plan to choose another hotel for a better sleep. Hotels.com has very professional and courteous customer service. I definitely give them 5 stars ( thank you, Siddhi)

The property looks nice and clean as you pull up but it’s hard not to notice the transient “guest” surrounding the property. I was greeted with a warm welcome from staff and was told a lot of kids were staying on property for a volleyball tournament. I was given a choice of rooms available. I had no problems with rowdy kids but I really appreciated the heads up. As I was heading up to my room I noticed a transient sleeping on the couch outside. My first thought was how kind it was to allow them to rest but my second thought was that outside seating option was no longer an option for me. Honestly this is most likely the case anywhere you go in this area which is why I rated this property high. I felt safe, staff was great, breakfast was always good, room was clean. I would stay here again, absolutely.

Wonderful place for a getaway

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful, room was clean and they were very accommodating to our needs. It was easy to get to our venue and surrounding areas.

Usually don’t write reviews as soon as we walked in our room there was a roach on the wall we serve and we search for more just in case usually they come out in the daytime. That’s not a good sign, but nothing needs to happen. They offered to switch rooms that’s about it. Definitely think the cleaning staff needs to step up their game. There were multiple pins on the sewing pins I guess they would be called Tax. I’m not sure I found about four of them that were visible. I’ve stayed at this type of hotel for any issues we did we were not comfortable. We were possibly going to have roaches crawling on us
