Tv menu and guide didn’t work

Had issues with QR scan to download TV and food menu. Also, tv remote didn’t allow you to get guide causing up/down channels. The front desk personnel couldn’t help with problem.

The hotel was a great place to stay! We enjoyed that the location was so walkable and pretty. They are a block away from Comerica center and have a nice walking trail/pond right next to the hotel with carp which were fun to see! We especially loved the bar/restaurant staff. Food and drinks were great! Damien was friendly, funny, and ensured we were taken care of all night, every night! The only complaint we have is regarding having to pay for breakfast. We didn’t end up paying and bought our own breakfast elsewhere. Not a huge deal, and we would definitely book the hotel again, but it would’ve been nice to have a free breakfast.

Sleezy, dingy brothel.

Would not stay here again. Was ther with son for prom at Frisco conference center. Bartender admitted to over serving because couple was guest of hotel. The drinkun guest Stumbled around from parking lot smoking weed for 30 mins falling on concrete. We ask staff to help and they weee sent to their room. Front desk clerk was kind but was wearing g tank top with chest showing. No counter space in bathroom and carpet looked ran down. Honestly not impressed. A want to be swanky destination in reality a hook up sleezy bar.
