Hotel needs some updating. One elevator was out of service. The other elevator was very slow. Temperature in the dining area was very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was not working well at all!! No water pressure in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Thermostat in room was easy to adjust. Breakfast choices need to be updated and varied. Waffle iron would be nice.

The staff was helpful. the property is clean. It is close to many shops and businesses. The breakfast was very good. The gym area was clean and equipment was in good shape. I will stay here again on my next Dallas visit.

Not worth the ratings.

We got there late and the attendant wasn't very welcoming. The attendant had no name tag n in civilian clothes. We booked 2 separate days, had issues checking in on 2nd day, attendant wasn't sure how to do it and couldn't get our keys activated. Came back later in the day to wait for 1 attendant who was serving 3 ppl waiting in line. Once again no name tag or proper response to us asking if anyone else there to help and we were told he was the only one and had to wait to get our key activated. Breakfast was okay. Checkout was easy. Rooms didn't have lotion.
