Worst experience with Vrbo

Not only did Alexandria double book the unit twice after Vrbo took my money but she refuses to refund the 2 nights she double booked. The first night and the last night. I have asked her for a refund on several occasions and have been lied to each time, first she was going to Venmo me the money then it was she was going to PayPal the refund and lastly she used Vrbo. Don’t trust this woman!

Sir, I am sorry you feel that way. To say you weren’t refunded is completely false. I never said I was going Venmo any money. There were a few attempts on PayPal and I had issues. I sent a screenshot to you personally showing there was a refund being processed itself through Vrbo. I send an actual confirmation! I did what I had to do. Anything after would be on vrbo to get the payment to you. So I would suggest that if you’re going to tell a story, tell the entire truth as that’s the Godly way to do things. Yes, I did have a double booking and that was my fault. But I also gave you a complimentary stay at a beautiful high rise of mine for 2 days. I mentioned to let me know when you wanted to stay as a courtesy for the inconvenience. And even offered yet another unit to you the last day! So once again, if you’re going to tell a story, tell the entire truth. I feel like people like yourself, like to stick to the bad because the bad is what more people are fueled by. Might I add, that you are extremely hostile, rude, and not an understanding person at all. However, I will pray for internal peace. I was actually very kind to you and communicated with you well.
