Perfect place for a small gathering!
We had my husband’a 50th birthday gathering & it was amazing! The hot tub was hot & the house was perfect!

Great stay
Overall very great, easy communication. Only small issues here and there, ping pong table instead of pool table and master bathroom shower didn’t get hot but we just used the upstairs- so easy fix. Other than that the property was great, we had a group of 10 and everyone was able to have their own room with two rooms to spare (one being the movie room)

Perfect Oasis
This Modern Day Villa Vista on Lake Lewisville was a perfect oasis for our large group on NYE! The house had enough lodging area for 10 people to comfortably sleep and hang out (it could easily accommodate 8 more people). We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and playing games in the living room. Everyone was so impressed with the view of the lake! It wasn’t a far drive to local gas stations and stores, so super convenient. This was a perfect home and would highly recommend to others! We had one issue with a smoke detector but our Host, Alex, sent people out promptly to address it. Alex was an amazing Host and answered all my inquiries promptly. Have fun and book, you will not regret it!
