This four-bedroom Vrbo is tailor-made for large groups, offering sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests. With a generous yard, pool, and a variety of sports amenities, our home is your ideal destination for a memorable stay. We are close to medical city of Plano for a visitor seeking healthcare services, and UTD making it a convenient choice for students, or anyone visiting the campus.

The space

Our home boasts four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and restful night's sleep for everyone in your group. With sleeping arrangements to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, it's an ideal retreat for family reunions, group vacations, or special celebrations. The rooms are bathed in natural light, thanks to stunning skylight windows.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to explore our spacious yard, featuring a refreshing pool and a relaxing hot spa. Whether you're soaking up the sun by the pool, firing up the barbecue, or playing games on the vibrant lawn, you'll have the perfect space to unwind and rejuvenate. The property is permitted by City of Plano for short term rental. The permit number is STR-2524-007.

The pool's availability is subject to weather conditions. In cases of extreme cold, snow, rain, or strong winds, we may need to close the pool or delay maintenance to ensure the safety of our guests and pool staff. These weather-related closures do not qualify for exemptions under our cancellation policy.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The hot spa heating requires an advance reservation and is available for $100 per day. Please note that the pool is not heated. Guests are not permitted to adjust pool equipment.

No Party allowed! Quiet time is between10:00 pm-8:00 am, no pool, music and noise during quite time. No parking on neighbor's spot.
Maximum 16 people. Additional $25 per person per night beyond basic rate when more than 8 people. Guests are not allowed to adjust the pool equipment.
Minors have to be attended by adults near the pool area. Hot spa needs to reserve in advance for $100 per day.

Charming House & Location

Wonderful property, located in an amazing neighborhood where everything is within reach! My kids had a super fun playing at the pool.The house is charming and very spacious to accommodate families/parties of all sizes. The neighborhood is quiet and has a perfect location near everything.Communication with Song (property owner) was fast and efficient, answering my questions within the Vrbo app within minutes.The only slight complaint was that the bottom of the pool wasn't entirely clean along with the hot tub light/jets not fully functioning. Not a complete deal-breaker at all.We loved staying at this property and will consider rebooking this again!!

Great location, accommodations ok

The location of this house was great to restaurants and shopping and other suburbs of DFW like Coppell, Carrollton, Grapevine, etc. The house was the perfect size for my large family to gather. Four of my children, my mother, and my mother in law traveled with me. My 5th child and her husband live nearby. My 6th child does also. We were able to gather and have a late Christmas and have dinner together easily. Other friends that were local were able to stop by as well. A few things I was disappointed in were that accessibility to outlets for charging phones especially in the bedrooms was mediocre at best. There wasn’t any laundry soap to wash the towels as instructed in the chexkout details. The pots and pans and silverware were not great. The items stocked in the pantry (seasonings mostly) were gross looking. And we saw two roaches (not the big TX water bug roaches, but house roaches at the end of our stay I was also disappointed that in order to use the hot tub there was a 100 deposit, but it wasn’t disclosed until after the house was booked. There were plenty of beds and the layout of the home was really great for a larger groups. . .
