The apartment was nice, but smells of cigarette smoke everywhere. All of our belongings now smell like smoke. The bathroom is not as clean as I would like.

Bad stay.

It was bad. I constantly emailed and called the numbers about my problems nobody never responded. I went to the office. I have videos in pictures. The stay wasn’t right I wasn’t able to watch tv at all it was no remote control. It was holes in the wall I was only given one face towel I had to buy detergent to re wash the towels just to take proper showers. The place wasn’t worth my money that I worked hard for I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

They wouldnt answer calls for anything we needed help with. There was no remote for the tv and we asked for one and they never brought it. We waited 3 days for toilet paper. Outlets didnt work. It was awful.

We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds

Terrible service and room

The hallways smelled of pot which permeated into the room. Mattress was old and squeaky. Upon checking out, I received notification that I’ll be refunded 220 of my 300 deposit. I have called and left emails with no response. The unit was left just the way I came in (pictures attached that were taken just before leaving). No damages were incurred, yet they are not returning my damage deposit in full. They advertise having a gym. It is not for use, nor do they provide the code to enter. It is for the residents in the adjoining building.
