Room was large with a small kitchen which was very a benefit as the food in most places in America was not good. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful even got a late check out for free. Breakfast was ok better than most places, however they didn't offer a sugar free muesli (all cereals were loaded with sugar.

Our overall stay was great. However, the atmosphere and surrounding areas were a bit much. The nightlife around the hotel was wild, loud, and had all the outside/lobby entrances of hotel smelling like marijuana. The area/location was honestly not what I was expecting. The homeless population downtown seems to be a problem as well. Now to actually Hotel/Service I can say was on point. The rooms were very clean and overall 10/10. However due to all the stuff mentioned I wouldn’t book again or recommend. Also keep in mind that this Hotel is also connected to 2 other hotels all in one. Making parking limited and Hotel Portion divided by three different hotels.

Our last day.

Our stay was nice. For the most part front desk was nice and friendly. Our last day we went down to have breakfast and asked the front desk if breakfast is still available. unfortunately we were 10mins past the serving time which was fine, but as we were sitting down having coffee, the lady at the front desk escorted a man to the closed breakfast area to grab some food. Never did she ask if we would like to grab some food. My thoughts are if the kitchen is closed, then it should be closed for all. Smh...
