They had people painting and caulking outside my door, the shower head and soap dish were falling down, the linens are worn out, the soap has a strange film, not enough trash cans. On the plus side the location is great and we could watch fireworks on the balcony that I think were at the ball field. Parking is good and the air was cold, bed was okay. It's worth staying if what you need is the location.

Overall experience was great aside from the fact that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. White stain on the couch where the pull out bed was and a condom wrapper between the night stand and main king bed.
